Yes, our products are designed to withstand moderate to heavy rainfall. We use a signature waterproof PU fabric with ultrasonically welded seams to ensure you stay dry in wet conditions.
How should I clean and maintain my Rains jacket?
We recommend using a damp cloth and mild soap for spot cleaning. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, or ironing, as high heat and agitation can damage the waterproof coating.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location but generally take between 7-14 business days.
Do you offer a warranty on your bags and apparel?
All Rains products come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
